How a Tire is Made

Bias Tires | taught by The Carlstar Group

Course description

Have you ever wondered how a tire is made?  We wish everyone could visit one of our U.S. tire plants, but we know that isn't possible.  So the next best way is to show you the whole process -  from mixing and blending the raw materials into our proprietary compounds, to hand building up each layer in a tire, to the final molding and shaping of a tire and then shipping it out to you -- The Carlstar Group is proud of every tire we make.

While this video focuses on building a Powersports tire, the same manufacturing processes are used across all of the bias tires we produce.
